We are absolutely thrilled to invite you to a memorable evening of feasting and fine wine as we present our latest collaboration in our beautifully converted shearing shed at Essington Park.

I have crafted a menu designed to showcase the vibrant flavours of produce grown in our own organic vegetable garden, complemented by the best from local growers. With carefully selected wines from the Winburndale collection, perfectly paired with each dish, ensuring a truly harmonious dining experience.

Menu:

Essington Park sourdough - Smoked local trout - Kipfler – Cress – Spring herb vinaigrette

Golden Gully Pinot Gris Riesling

Slow braised organic chicken – Asparagus – Leek - Tarragon cream - Baby potatoes - Mint - Essington salad

Throughout the evening, we will unveil the thoughtfully paired wines for each course, before we gather by the fire pit to end the night with laughter and camaraderie, surrounded by friends old and new.

The evening begins at 6PM, and we cannot wait to share this special celebration with you.
