In this 2 day workshop, Simmone will showcase her signature cakes from a 30 year career in baking.

For lovers of baking, beginners, and people who just love to eat cake and delicious savory pastry. Come and learn Simmone Logue’s most loved and treasured recipes that took her from baking one cake at home to becoming a household name.

What’s on the menu
Cakes including her famous hummingbird cake , baked lemon curd cheesecake, pavlova with caramelised figs and flourless chocolate cake with berry salad.
Savoury selection will include - Spinach and fetta borek, Beef and Guinness pie, Roasted pumpkin, goats’ cheese and sage pissaladière , Pork and fennel sausage rolls.
