2 Day Workshop

Date: 28th & 29th of June 2025

Time: 8.30am for a 9.00am start to 5.00pm daily

Information about the workshop:

To my mind these recipes are a must to have in your culinary Toolbox. They can take a dish to a whole new ethereal and unforgettable level. The French would define many elements in this two day culinary Toolbox course as an accoutrement meaning an accessory item or equipment or dress. I like to think of these recipes as the shiny diamonds of my collection, the extra bit of love the wow factor and the full stop that when added to a dish can somehow make it special and complete.

All the recipes in my toolbox have a special place in my heart. I remember where every recipe came from where I learned it and how many extraordinary ways I have included each one in my cooking over the years.

We will learn chutneys, relishes, jams, pesto, vinaigrettes, butters, icing and pastry and integrate them into dishes that will become staples and regulars in your own kitchen.

I can’t wait for you to join me for a weekend of learning and feasting and making new friends.

No need to bring anything, all materials are supplied.

What is included: Morning tea, lunch afternoon tea and a Gin and Tonic by the firepit on Saturday Night.

You will take home an array of culinary delights that will start your condiment journey.
