Whether you’re rolling out pastry beside me in a hands-on cooking session, learning the secrets of sourdough baking, or crafting something beautiful with one of our talented artists, bakers or makers, you’ll feel the warmth and care that turn strangers into friends. With only a dozen seats at the table, there’s time for every question, every story, and every laugh. Each workshop is thoughtfully designed to give you a truly enriching experience.
You’ll enjoy expert tuition and whilst most materials are provided, some classes may ask you to bring along additional materials -be sure to check the details for your specific class.
While you work, we'll keep you nourished with beautiful, wholesome food created by Simmone. Think morning tea, delightful lunches, and our signature homemade scones, paired with freshly ground local coffee and teas. Every detail is crafted to make your time with us feel both satisfying and unforgettable.
STAY AWHILE
Soak in the natural beauty of Essington Park as you explore your creativity in our workshops. Once you’ve booked your workshop, we will reach out to arrange your accommodation in our Schoolhouse lodgings or the Shearers’ Quarters.
